Purpose As Continuous Improvement Specialist, you are responsible for performing all continuous improvement key activities of a Learning Organization.
Responsibilities Performance Investigations
Lead all assigned investigations relating to quality issues and complete them within the agreed timeframe.
Review, verify and cross‑check data/evidence including interview outcomes.
Identify root cause(s) and propose and agree corrective actions with responsible parties or action owners.
Improvement Coordination
Structure overall findings and ensure alignment and prioritization with relevant authorities.
Request responsible parties or action owners to propose corrective actions with deliverables and a target completion date.
Perform surveys of implementation of corrective actions by the business and prepare the survey report.
Monitor and follow‑up completion of corrective actions.
Assess return on experience and verify effectiveness of corrective actions.
Learning from Performance
Lead Project Learnings related activities and support projects, interface with operations.
Coordinate and animate Learning Champions community.
Stakeholder Management
Maintain liaison with GRS Group functions, Turnkey and Operations’ representatives to share best practices, feedback, new ways of working and developments.
Present survey reports to all relevant stakeholders, including senior management such as Managing Directors, Heads of Functions, Leadership Teams.
Lead Initiatives
Manage specific tasks assigned by prioritizing, organizing, cascading objectives and controlling.
Lead the continuous improvements of the processes.
Ensure effective communication across contributors to allow the timely exchange of required information.
Provide regular feedback, alert on potential risks and escape in case of showstoppers.
Ensure reporting as required.
Develop plans for change management.
Reporting & Tools
Develop and maintain appropriate reporting of all ongoing investigations and surveys through dashboards and KPIs.
Contribute to continuous improvements of systems and tools based on stakeholder feedback or identified gaps.
Interface with IT and Digital teams when requested.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Experience
Solid background in project or quality management, with specific experience leading investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning.
Experience coordinating and monitoring continuous improvement initiatives.
Proficiency in using data‑driven approaches to learning and performance improvements, and experience presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
