Are you passionate about Lean Manufacturing, operational excellence, and driving real change on the shop floor ? We’re looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer to help us improve how we work, eliminate waste, and build a strong culture of continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with the Plant Director and Operations leaders to implement Lean Manufacturing and CI initiatives
- Lead cross-functional improvement projects to increase efficiency, quality, and productivity
- Analyze manufacturing and business processes to identify losses, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
- Design and implement TO-BE processes , engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Track CI project progress, KPIs, and results, providing clear reporting to management
- Optimize factory layout and production flow to support efficient manufacturing
- Deliver Lean/CI training, workshops, and coaching to teams
- Act as a reference point for Green Belt colleagues , supporting ongoing CI projects
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required (Black Belt is a plus)
- Experience driving continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical skills with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset
- Ability to lead change, influence stakeholders, and work cross-functionally
- Clear communicator, comfortable from shop floor to leadership level
