Your main tasks
- Support TEOA Practitioners and Kaizen Facilitators with data analysis and technical guidance
- Assist in managing improvement projects and tracking SAP S/4 HANA and Hydra X deployments
- Develop skills in TEOA tools and AI‑driven analytics to support process improvements
- Monitor performance, track progress, and report on continuous improvement metrics
- Create value stream maps and support Value Stream Transformation initiatives
- Drive cost‑saving initiatives through workshops and data‑driven insights
- Facilitate Kaizen events and apply lean and QRM principles to eliminate waste
- Support training and ensure sustainable implementation through digital tools and monitoring
Your ideal background
- Engineering degree with 0–2 years of experience, ideally with an interest in Continuous Improvement and Digital Transformation
- Basic understanding of shopfloor operations and exposure to systems such as SAP (S/4 HANA) or similar environments
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in Power BI or other data visualization tools
- Foundational knowledge or strong interest in AI, data analytics, or digital tools applied to operations
- Good communication and influencing skills, with the ability to train and collaborate with cross‑functional teams
- Exposure to Lean methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, QRM, BiQ) is a plus, with motivation to further develop in this area
