The Content Specialist is also expected to leverage the latest AI-powered content creation, research, productivity, and workflow automation tools to improve efficiency, enhance content quality, and support content strategy execution.
In addition to content creation, the role supports content planning, publication, and promotional activities, managing projects through established review and approval workflows to ensure timely delivery and consistency across channels, campaigns, and markets.
Key Responsibilities
Support the creation of technically accurate, compelling content for digital marketing campaigns and thought leadership initiatives, including publication, distribution, and promotion to maximize reach, engagement, and business impact.

Collaborate with product managers, subject matter experts, sales, field marketing teams, and other stakeholders to gather insights and develop quality content.
Leverage AI-powered tools to support research, content development, optimization, localization, and workflow efficiency.
Ensure all content aligns with Vertiv brand and legal guidelines, messaging frameworks, and corporate communications standards.
Coordinate content reviews and approvals with internal stakeholders.
Support editorial planning, content governance, and ongoing analysis and optimization of content performance.
Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, AI developments, and digital marketing best practices.

Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Desired Profile
