Position: Content Marketing Lead

Location: Milan or remote

Contract Type: Full-time, permanent

Salary Range (RAL): €54,000 - 64,000 depending on experience

About the role

As Content Marketing Lead, you will own the creation, management and strategy of MindEarth’s content across markets. You will report into and work closely with the Head of Marketing and Communications to plan campaigns, produce high-quality content and ensure our messaging resonates with key audiences. This is a hands-on role where you will both create content and lead its strategic use across digital, social, events and partner channels.


Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a content marketing strategy aligned with company objectives
  • Plan, write and produce high-quality content: blogs, thought leadership articles, whitepapers, case studies, brochures, website content, newsletters and social media posts
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to create market-relevant content
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent and optimised for SEO and engagement
  • Support campaigns across channels: LinkedIn, email marketing, webinars, events and partnerships
  • Monitor and report on content performance, using analytics to optimise strategy and output
  • Build and manage a content calendar, coordinating across multiple markets
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and Communications and agency partners to ensure content supports campaigns and digital initiatives.


Required qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, B2B marketing or communications (agency or in-house)
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to produce compelling, audience-focused content
  • Experience in multi-market or multi-language content management is a plus
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimisation
  • Comfortable working hands-on while also contributing to strategic planning
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and collaborate across teams
  • Experience with CMS (WordPress preferred), marketing automation (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar), AI and analytics tools
  • Passion for purpose-driven, impact-oriented marketing.


Nice to have

  • Experience in the geospatial domain with a solid understanding of geospatial data
  • Design or video production knowledge to collaborate with agencies
  • Familiarity with multi-market social campaigns and thought leadership programmes.
