We create cocoa-free, planet-friendly chocolate alternatives that deliver the flavour consumers love with a radically lower environmental footprint .
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Freelance Content Lead to help us scale our storytelling and content production.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Content planning
Help plan our content calendar across social and digital channels. Work with our team to develop content strategies that bring our brand, partnerships and products to life.
Content Creation
Develop creative and compelling content for image posts, video content and infographics. Actively help shape our visual and storytelling direction.
Production management and direction
Lead and organize photoshoots and content production days, coordinating with our team, partners and external media professionals.
Manage UGC and community driven campaigns
Coordinate with creators and our community to manage UGC campaigns.
Monitor Trends
Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activities, and community sentiment to proactively address any issues and maximize opportunities.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• A content producer with the skillset to turn ideas into execution. Content creation skills (text, image, and video)
• Experience managing shoots, creators, and creative projects
• Strong understanding of social-first content (especially short-form video)
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects and plan ahead
• Based in Milan or nearby, with availability to travel occasionally
• Experience in food, consumer brands, or creator-led marketing is a strong plus
Nice to have:
• Experience with influencer marketing and partnerships
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing tools
• English fluency
• Demonstrated extracurricular activities or projects in food, sustainability, or startup ecosystems
