CMS & Web Content Specialist
We are looking for a CMS & Web Content Specialist with experience in WordPress and strong UI/UX design skills. The ideal candidate combines content accuracy, visual sensitivity, and technical capabilities, working closely with cross-functional teams. Autonomy, precision, and a strong focus on user experience are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Update and publish pages, articles, and landing pages on WordPress.
- Optimize content for visual performance and readability (layout, paragraphs, images, headings).
- Apply basic on-page SEO best practices (title tags, meta descriptions, alt text, optimized URLs).
UI/UX and Content Design
- Create and update wireframes, prototypes, and design systems for new pages or features.
- Propose improvements to navigation, usability, and user experience (desktop and mobile).
- Customize existing layouts using HTML, CSS and, when necessary, light JavaScript on existing components—avoiding complex interventions or core modifications.
Request Management
- Gather requirements from internal teams and conduct preliminary analysis for new implementations with the rest of the team.
- Record and track tasks and requests through dedicated platforms for monitoring and reporting.
Main Responsibilities Summary
- Manage, update, and publish WordPress content.
- Propose navigation and usability enhancements to optimize the user experience across desktop and mobile.
- Customize existing layouts using HTML, CSS and, when strictly necessary, JavaScript on existing components to achieve the expected final result without complex core changes.
Requirements for a Strong Match
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience managing WordPress platforms.
- Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Skills in UI design (wireframes, prototypes, design systems) and UX design (user flows, usability, navigation).
- Basic knowledge of on-page SEO.
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
- Experience with design tools (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first projects.
