Your role at KIKO MILANO

We are looking for a Content & Editorial Intern to join KIKO MILANO’s Brand Team, reporting to the Editorial Coordinator.

In particular, you will:

• Support the creation of creative and original copy for both offline and online channels, in line with the brand’s tone of voice and guidelines
• Assist in adapting existing content across different touchpoints, ensuring consistency of messaging across channels
• Contribute to the collection of materials and information for the development of briefs and presentations
• Support the organization and accurate archiving of documents and content assets
• Assist in the internal content validation process, coordinating inputs from Legal and Regulatory teams
• Support the management of translation requests, liaising with internal Project Managers and external agencies (including uploads on internal platforms such as Wezen)
• Help track content delivery timelines, ensuring alignment with project deadlines and priorities
• Conduct basic research on competitors, communication trends, and relevant sources to support content development

What you will need to succeed

• Strong writing skills and attention to detail
• Creative mindset, curiosity, and willingness to learn
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills
• Flexible and proactive attitude, with interest in cross-functional collaboration
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluent in English (written and spoken), Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Interest in or exposure to the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries
