About Us
ItalAI is a dynamic AI startup bridging cutting-edge research with the creation of groundbreaking AI technologies. Currently we are growing our team and looking for a Brand & Content Designer to lead our rebranding and shape a distinctive, cohesive visual identity for ItalAI.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a Brand & Content Designer who can lead ItalAI’s rebranding and bring our mission, values and vision to life through design. Your focus will be to first define and evolve our brand identity and then make sure that all our communications are aligned to it. Starting with redesigning our website and then all the other materials—presentations, reports, programs, marketing templates etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead ItalAI’s rebranding and establish clear, lasting visual brand guidelines
- Redesign our website to reflect the new brand identity
- Create visually compelling presentations, reports, and marketing materials aligned with the brand
- Manage design assets using Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other tools (Figma, Sketch, Canva)
- Ensure all designs embody ItalAI’s vision, values, and focus on cutting-edge technology
- Stay ahead of design trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to brand communication
What We’re Looking For
- Solid experience in brand design, content design, or visual communication (portfolio required)
- Proven ability to build or evolve a brand identity—not just design assets, but the bigger picture
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud and modern design tools
- A creative eye, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset
- Experience in tech or startups is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of English
