As the Italy marketing team continues to grow, we are looking for a talented Content & Copywriting Specialist to join our team!
This role spans the entire marketing funnel, from awareness and educational content to product-focused and conversion-driven messaging, ensuring consistency across different touchpoints and formats.

Responsibilities
- Editorial planning: manage and execute the editorial calendar for the Odoo blog and social media, from topic ideation to publication;
- Content creation : create high-quality content across formats, including blog articles, customer success stories, newsletters, gated content (ebooks, white papers, sales materials), and video scripts, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and brand voice;
- SEO & keyword research : conduct keyword research to identify high-impact topics and optimize new and existing content for SEO;
- Performance monitoring : analyze content performance, gather insights and data to continuously improve content impact;
- Campaign support : support marketing campaigns with conversion-aware copy across channels, including paid social, PPC and OOH, ensuring alignment with GTM initiatives.
Requirements
- Fluent in Italian (C2) and English (C1) ;
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience focused on content and copywriting;
- Strong creativity , storytelling and copywriting skills ;
- Proven ability to write both brand-driven and conversion-focused content;
- Experience with SEO , keyword research, and content optimization tools;
- Comfortable producing content such as: ebooks, white papers, case studies, etc;
- Collaborative and organized , with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally;
- Strong project management skills ;
- Analytical mindset : ability to track, report, and optimize content performance.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in a SaaS company ;
- Understanding of B2B buyer personas and sales enablement needs;
- Familiarity with Google ads, paid social, and performance marketing best practices;
- Ability to create simple designs on Canva ;
- Understanding of social media (especially LinkedIn) content strategy;
- Experience working cross-functionally in multilingual or international marketing teams.
