As Consumer Product Owner for Italy/France/Spain, you will define and drive the country’s product strategy and performance within PayPal’s consumer ecosystem. You will align cross‑functional teams—product, design, engineering, and marketing—to deliver a cohesive, market‑specific experience. You’ll own growth levers, engagement, and revenue, translating global priorities into local initiatives. This role offers the chance to shape consumer experiences at scale in a globally connected payments platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and steer the portfolio strategy for the identified country, translating analytics into local priorities
• Coordinate hands‑on execution of local and global cross‑functional initiatives
• Resolve strategy execution obstacles and guide change implementations
• Align priorities with the global commercial product strategy
• Identify opportunities and negotiate new partnerships
• Engage with partners to improve relationships and operational efficiency
• Define customized market/regional product and technology strategies
• Oversee delivery of key product and platform infrastructures
• Set strategic direction and roadmap to improve product experience and business metrics
• 8+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Proven track record launching and scaling high-impact products in a matrixed organization
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and partners to drive action
• Demonstrated commercial success scaling a market segment in a global structure
• Hands‑on, proactive mindset with change agent capabilities
• BA is required
