Job Description
We are seeking a
Regulatory Business Partner
to support the growth and delivery of consulting services within our Regulatory Consulting business unit for Life Sciences clients.
This role acts as a bridge between regulatory strategy and execution, combining business development, project leadership, and deep regulatory expertise to deliver high‑value consulting engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
Support execution of the Regulatory Consulting business unit strategy
Drive business development and identify growth opportunities
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Lead regulatory consulting projects, ensuring delivery on time, budget, and quality
Analyse client regulatory processes and define compliant strategies
Provide guidance on global regulatory requirements and submissions
Deliver clear insights and recommendations to stakeholders
Support implementation and issue resolution
Contribute to knowledge sharing and team development
Required Profile:
8–10 years of experience in Life Sciences, ideally in regulatory affairs, consulting, CROs, or pharma/biotech environments
Proven experience in client-facing roles and business development
Strong expertise in global regulatory frameworks (EMA, FDA, ICH, and other regional requirements)
Hands‑on experience in regulatory strategy, submissions (eCTD), lifecycle management, and health authority interactions
Knowledge of GxP requirements and their impact on regulatory compliance
Ability to manage complex projects and engage senior stakeholders
Experience coordinating teams or project resources
Degree in a relevant scientific or technical discipline
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
Proactive, results‑driven mindset with an entrepreneurial approach
