Role Summary And Impact
Our next Consulting Manager will be responsible for successfully leading and delivering complex client engagements. This role requires a blend of deep functional and/or industry expertise, strong project management and orchestration capabilities, and a proven ability to design, bring to life and evolve digital strategies spanning from customer experience to martech, with a native integration with omnichannel media. The Consulting Manager plays a vital role in ensuring client satisfaction and expanding current footprint within existing accounts.
Responsibilities
Engagement Leadership & Delivery Excellence
- Lead and manage complex consulting engagements (i.e. SEO, Web analytics, CRO, CRM, Digital Experience, Martech, Data Viz, Advanced Modeling, Measurement) or significant workstreams within larger programs (including media strategies), from initiation to successful completion.
- Oversee project teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality deliverables, adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.
- Proactively identify and resolve project issues, managing client expectations and mitigating risks effectively.
- Drive the application of best practices, innovative methodologies, and tailored solutions to achieve measurable client outcomes.
- Ensure client satisfaction through consistent communication, proactive problem‑solving, and a commitment to excellence.
Client Relationship Management & Business Contribution
- Manage key client relationships within existing accounts, acting as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor for mid‑to‑senior level stakeholders.
- Identify consulting & martech opportunities for expanding our services within current engagements and accounts.
- Contribute to business development efforts by supporting proposal development, presenting solutions, and articulating value propositions to prospective clients.
- Build strong credibility with clients, understanding their evolving needs and challenges.
Team Leadership & Development
- Collaborate with units leads and company stakeholders to create cross‑functional teams that will be allocated on key projects, applying the “T‑Shaped” model.
- Coach project teams, fostering their professional growth and skill development, by providing open and constructive feedback.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high‑performing team environment.
Thought Leadership & Practice Development
- Develop deep subject matter expertise in specific industries or functional areas, contributing to the firm's intellectual capital and service offerings.
- Contribute to the development of new methodologies, tools, and strategic insights that enhance the firm's capabilities.
- Share knowledge and best practices internally and externally (e.g., internal presentations, tailor‑made white papers for clients, supporting senior leaders in external publications).
- Actively participate in internal firm‑building activities, such as knowledge management, process improvement, and product development.
Financial Management
- Set and manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure engagement profitability and efficient delivery.
- Monitor project financials and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
- Take care of the whole bureaucratic process related to client activation, following company’s guidelines and collaborating with our finance and legal teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 6‑8 years of progressive experience in consulting or a relevant industry role, with demonstrated project leadership and client‑facing responsibilities.
- Project Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects or workstreams, delivering results on time and within budget.
- Client Acumen: Strong ability to build and maintain effective client relationships, understand client needs, and articulate value.
- Problem‑Solving: Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to develop practical and innovative solutions.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop project teams.
- Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Fluent business English (both oral and written) is a mandatory requirement; any additional foreign language is a plus.
- Industry/Functional Expertise: Deep subject matter expertise in digital transformation, digital marketing and media. Consider that our areas of service include SEO, Web analytics, CRO, CRM, Digital Experience, Martech, Data Viz, Advanced Modeling, Measurement.
