Sia is recruiting a Consultant / Senior Consultant for the Milan office (hybrid mode). The role focuses on organizational and product innovation projects, and on applying AI in the banking sector.
Responsibilities
- Analyse and implement innovative solutions for clients, reviewing business processes and defining new organisational models and use cases.
- Focus on the use of AI in banking and the value of data.
- Support the transformation journey by developing new products, evolving digital channels in a multichannel perspective, re‑engineering end‑to‑end processes, and guiding AI adoption from awareness to implementation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in economics, fintech, management, engineering economics or any STEM discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in a consulting firm or a highly innovative banking company, covering at least two of the following areas:
- Customer journey and experience: revising customer pathways, prioritisation logic, MVP approach, front‑end and mobile banking / wallet applications.
- Project manager / product owner in digital banking / payments.
- Digital payments: issuing, acquiring, e‑commerce.
- AI for banking: definition of use cases, deployment of AI/Gen‑AI solutions.
- Data visualisation and data analysis.
- Design of new operational models and process revision, including BPM tools and internal regulations.
- Excellent spoken and written English; knowledge of French or another language is a plus.
- Soft skills: strong interest in digital transformation in banking, curiosity about AI, enthusiasm and proactivity, analytical and synthesising ability, teamwork oriented toward problem solving, and a strong drive to achieve results.
