Responsabilità

• 6‑9 years of professional experience in the Public Sector including strategy consulting, public institutions, government agencies, international organisations, or related fields
• Proven experience delivering complex transformation, strategy, policy, or organisational projects in the public sector
• Experience supporting public sector business development via tenders with knowledge of procurement frameworks and proposal writing at EU and national levels (e.g., Consip tenders)
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations
• Project management and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior decision‑makers
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Outstanding academic credentials
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English
• Flexibility, resilience, and willingness to travel as required
