A Day in the Life Integrated Health Solutions (IHS) partners with hospitals, clinics, and payers to drive transformational change and create more value for patients. Our team of seasoned professionals brings deep knowledge of the healthcare value chain and broad expertise across disciplines. As a Consultant, Integrated Health Solutions, you will partner with hospitals across Italy to address complex operational, clinical, and strategic challenges that impact patient care and healthcare performance. Working closely with hospital executives, clinicians, and operational leaders, you will analyze healthcare data, assess patient pathways, and identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, capacity, and patient outcomes. You will support the delivery of multiple consulting engagements simultaneously, leveraging structured problem-solving, healthcare analytics, and AI-enabled approaches to pathway analysis, operating room utilization, capacity management, KPI monitoring, and reporting. The role is preferably based in Rome, with Florence as a secondary location option, and includes approximately 40% travel across Italy to support client engagements. Responsibilities

Lead and support healthcare consulting engagements from assessment through implementation and impact measurement Analyze clinical, operational, and financial data to identify improvement opportunities and develop actionable recommendations Perform patient pathway, operating room utilization, capacity management, and KPI analyses to support healthcare transformation initiatives Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions with hospital leadership, clinicians, and operational stakeholders Develop executive-ready presentations, reports, and recommendations for management teams and clinical stakeholders Manage multiple project workstreams while ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes Physical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position. Required Knowledge and Experience

Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Public Health, or equivalent Minimum 3 years of consulting experience within the healthcare sector, including experience supporting public and private hospitals Experience working with hospital leadership, including management teams, department heads, and clinical stakeholders Experience analyzing healthcare data and translating findings into operational or strategic recommendations Experience preparing executive-level presentations, reports, and recommendations for senior stakeholders Professional proficiency in Italian and English Benefits & Compensation

Competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package Pay range: Italy: 38,400.00 EUR - 57,600.00 EUR This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
