The Team

Our Global Pricing & Market Access (PMA) team at Navlin is an international group that combines in-house expertise with real-time intelligence—from pricing and HTA updates to regulatory news—via Navlin’s benchmarking platform. We deliver strategic, well-informed pricing and access recommendations for our clients. The team is multinational, supports flexible remote work, and maintains satellite offices in London, Berlin, and Milan. We are growing steadily and work with internal functions across EVERSANA including commercial, HEOR, and medical affairs on global launches.

The Position

The Consultant, Global Pricing and Market Access delivers client consultancy projects and manages project analytics, data, and tools available through our Navlin platform or through dedicated secondary and primary research. You will ensure tasks are delivered on schedule and to high quality and value standards. Your work will include leading research and analyses around pricing, market access launch strategy, competitor research, value-based pricing analyses, HTA, etc., and identifying client needs to implement robust strategic and data-driven solutions. You will also contribute to business development through proposal development. Activities are performed under the guidance of an Engagement Manager, primarily remotely, with occasional access to company offices where available.

The role is home-office based, full-time, located in Italy, with remote options.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Designing and executing client analyses and deliverables
  • Developing client reports and presentations and delivering findings to clients
  • Providing follow-up with clients after project deliverables to ensure satisfaction
  • Applying experience to identify strategic alternatives and add client value
  • Developing intellectual property for use on future engagements
  • Expanding knowledge of consulting methodologies and life sciences through on-the-job experience and training
  • Maintaining high attention to quality and detail with strong written and spoken English
  • Using PowerPoint and Excel effectively to present information creatively (storytelling through data and insights)
  • Occasionally managing more junior resources (e.g., associate consultants or interns)
  • Working effectively in a remote environment with limited face-to-face contact
  • Operating under the supervision of a more senior team member with regular alignments on tasks

Qualifications

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.

  • B.S./B.A. in a relevant field (life sciences or economic/managerial sciences, medical engineering) required
  • 2–4 years of pharmaceutical/health industry experience and/or 2–4 years of management consulting experience
  • Understanding of life sciences business practices and client issues in specific segments
  • Strong conceptual, analytic, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of the market research development process
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative market research skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Ability to structure and analyze large data sets from multiple sources to answer business questions and make recommendations
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects
  • Demonstrated self-awareness and accountability
  • Ability to lead and own personal projects
  • Ability to establish credibility with client companies
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to ~10% of annual work time, mainly for off-site events

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS, MPH) preferred
  • Background in International Pricing and Market Access, analytics and modelling/forecasting a plus
  • 2+ years of management consulting experience
