Position Business Consultant
Responsibilities
Specialist Consulting:
Providing second-level application consulting to solve problems and optimize customer business processes through the use of ERP software.
Requirements Analysis:
Collect and analyze customer requirements to understand the needs and define the most appropriate solutions.
Anomaly Management:
Take charge of and manage reports of software anomalies, coordinating activities until they are fully resolved.
User Training:
Organize and hold training sessions for customers on the use of newly implemented modules or features.
Functional Testing:
Perform extensive testing to validate developed solutions and ensure that they meet customer requirements.
Drafting Documentation:
Write clear and detailed functional documents describing the analysis performed and the proposed solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or economics or equivalent degree and/or knowledge of key business processes (accounting/administrative processes in particular)
Strong aptitude for problem solving
Online customer management skills
Aptitude for teamwork
