The Role
Kyndryl’s professional services arm, Kyndryl Consult, is seeking an experienced Consult Partner to help drive exceptional customer IT outcomes, guide clients through digital transformation, reduce risk, deliver operational excellence, and achieve their digital transformation goals while solving mission-critical challenges. Leveraging Kyndryl’s global strength and leading technology capabilities across Cloud, Mainframe, Networking and Edge, Data & Application, Security & Resilience, and Digital Workplace, you will participate and lead multidisciplinary teams on complex consulting engagements, creating and positioning value for Kyndryl’s largest accounts. You will engage with senior leaders internally and within client organizations, building relationships and driving value-based outcomes. Internally, you will collaborate with stakeholders including:
- Kyndryl Customer (Account) Partners to identify client needs and define engagement strategies, develop and finalize business propositions.
- Kyndryl Practice Specialists and solutioning teams to shape and differentiate solutions.
- Kyndryl Consult Delivery teams to validate technical feasibility and ensure delivery.
Key Responsibilities include :
- Propose, close, and deliver customized client engagements that assess, strategize, and roadmap technologies/platforms to support modernization initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders, build pipelines, originate deals with C-level clients, lead pursuit teams, and contribute to proposals and negotiations.
- Collaborate with account leadership on planning and strategy.
- Bring industry-centric, technical thought leadership, success stories, and points of view on IT modernization.
- Identify opportunities to land and expand, leveraging consulting entry points for larger transformational programs.

Who You Are
Required Professional and Technical Expertise :
- Proven ability to propose, close, and deliver customized client engagements with assessments, strategies, and roadmaps for modernization.
- Strong relationships with key client stakeholders, experience in developing pipelines, and leading pursuit teams.
- Deep industry expertise in Industrial or Utilities Services (e.g., Automotive, Energy, Telco) and comprehensive knowledge of technology trends, challenges, solutions, and market dynamics.
- Extensive experience in IT or Technology Consulting, with a successful track record in delivery and business development within regional or global firms.
- Proven history of executing client transformation programs focused on strategies, optimization, and modernization.
