SAP S/4HANA FI-CO Junior Consultant
We are expanding our SAP Finance team and are looking for a Junior SAP S/4HANA FI-CO Consultant to support implementation and transformation projects in Italy and across Europe.
If you have 1–2 years of experience in Finance processes and want to grow in SAP S/4HANA consulting, this is a strong opportunity to accelerate your career.
Your Role
You will support SAP S/4HANA Finance projects (Public, Private, or On-Premise), working closely with senior consultants and project managers.
Main activities:
- Support configuration of SAP S/4HANA FI-CO
- Participate in business analysis workshops (AS-IS / TO-BE)
- Assist in drafting functional documentation and specifications
- Support testing phases (Unit Test, Integration Test, UAT)
- Deliver user training sessions (remote or on-site)
- Provide post go-live support
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and developments
What We Are Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in Finance processes or ERP consulting
- Degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, IT or similar
- Good understanding of corporate finance processes: General Ledger;
Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable;
Asset Accounting;
Basic Controlling - SAP S/4HANA knowledge is a plus (certification or training preferred)
- Fluent English (written and spoken) – mandatory
- Availability for business travel
- Strong analytical mindset and team spirit
Nice to Have
- SAP S/4HANA Finance certification
- Previous involvement in ERP implementation projects
- Knowledge of ERP architecture
- Additional European languages
