Due to the continued success and expansion of our Data Centre business in Europe, we are currently recruiting an experienced Project Planner to join our team in Milan. With a market‑leading client base and the opportunity to take the lead on strategic commissions and high‑profile projects, this is an exciting time to join the business unit and grow a career with Turner & Townsend.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the project schedule using Primavera P6.
  • Monitor and control project progress, including the tracking of earned value and performance against the baseline schedule.
  • Work with multiple stakeholders to review project progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with the Planning Lead and the project team to identify and mitigate schedule risks.
  • Provide regular reports to the project manager on project status and schedule performance.
  • Develop and manage the integrated work breakdown structure for the project.
  • Integrate various contract packages into the master plan schedule.
  • Prepare regular internal and external weekly and monthly progress reports for management and the client.

Qualifications

  • University degree in a construction‑related field.
  • Five years of experience in project planning and scheduling, with a focus on complex construction projects and, preferably, previous data centre experience.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and EVM.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to extract data from multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Italian and English language skills.
