Piper Maddox are supporting an Italian IPP based in Rome who are searching for Construction Project Managers to support the EPC team to execute 250MW of utility-scale solar projects in 2026. With strong financial backing from one the worlds largest infrastructure investment funds, this company is aiming to grow into one of Italy's leading operators. This proven EPC team succesfully constructed 100MW in the past 12 months and are now looking to bring in a junior and profile to support their growth.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from procurement to handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Manage supplier and subcontractor contracts to optimize time, cost, and quality outcomes.
- Coordinate with engineering to define technical specifications and support design activities.
- Support purchasing in selecting key components (modules, inverters, trackers) and planning deliveries.
- Collaborate with management control to prepare periodic financial and progress reports.

Key Skills & Experience
- Degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 2 years experience managing large-scale solar EPC projects
- Ideally from a strong technical EPC background. Proven construction skillset.
- Fluent in Italian and English
