Workload: 80–100% Join Axpo’s Urbasolar team to deliver utility‑scale solar projects that accelerate the energy transition. Bring your project leadership to a collaborative, international environment where your ideas and impact matter.

What you will do:

• Own schedule and budget performance for assigned PV construction projects
• Lead EPC, PPA, supplier and contractor contract management end to end
• Ensure HSEQ compliance on site and adherence to permits and technical specs
• Coordinate purchasing inputs, verify and approve project invoices
• Secure on‑time delivery of main equipment and lead on‑site meetings
• Drive testing, commissioning and handover to O&M per Urbasolar QAP, with weekly progress and HSEQ reporting

What you bring & who you are:

• Must‑have: Engineering degree (civil, electrical or similar), 5+ years’ construction project management experience (ideally PV)
• Must‑have: Proficiency in Italian and English; solid PV/electrical/building technical knowledge
• Must‑have: Strong ownership, rigor, autonomy; valid driving licence; willingness to travel and spend :50% time on site (incl. occasional international travel)
• Ideally: PMI or equivalent certification; experience with EPC and PPA contract administration; familiarity with HSEQ frameworks and construction QA/QC
• Ideally: Vendor and claims management experience; strong reporting and stakeholder communication skills
