Role: Project Manager (Construction)
Location: Emilia-Romagna, Italy
Salary: €80,000

Our client is a growing International Construction company with multiple projects across Europe.
Due to a combination of new project coming live and existing projects moving to fit out stages, they now require a Project Manager for their high-profile project in Emilia-Romagna.
Job Summary:
This role ensures projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards. The Project coordinates and supervises subcontractors, monitors progress and maintains accurate records.
The Project Manager is responsible for the construction projects in Ravenna and the surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
Resolve on-site issues and conflicts effectively.
Ensure projects are completed within budget and schedule.
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
Manage material deliveries and equipment maintenance.
Oversee and coordinate daily on-site construction activities.
Supervise and manage subcontractors and construction crews.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Monitor project progress and report to the Project Director.
Maintain accurate records of site activities, materials, and equipment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Knowledge of Italian safety regulations.
Valid driver's license.
Relevant construction qualifications.
MUST be able to speak Italian & English.
