As Construction Manager, you will sit at the heart of high‐profile energy and infrastructure projects across the EMEA region, playing a critical role from early development and tendering through to execution on site. The Opportunity: You'll act as a vital connector between technical, commercial, procurement and execution teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. What You'll Be Responsible For: Scouting, evaluating and managing construction and general contractors across the EMEA region Leading contractor tendering processes, including preparation and coordination of subcontractor packages Preparing, reviewing and validating technical, commercial and contractual documentation Estimating construction and installation budgets and supporting bid evaluations Identifying, assessing and mitigating construction risks during tendering and execution Conducting site visits, surveys and preliminary construction activities during tender phases Acting as a key interface with internal stakeholders, clients and third parties What You'll Bring: Degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering preferred) Previous experience in construction manage
