You will need experience of working across high spec buildings projects from a supervision / project management perspective as the role will involve working on a high end projects.
Responsibilities will include:
- Work within established project objectives to produce plans, schedules and reporting requirements
- Responsible for delivery of small projects or assist deliver medium and large scale projects, reporting to the project lead
- Identify project risks or issues and propose mitigation options to the project lead to ensure the project is not adversely impacted
- Assist in the preparation and management of the project programme(s)
- Manage change control
- Manage and monitor project processes and procedures
- Interact effectively across all project parties
- Coordinate with stakeholders, consultants and contractors
- Responsible for the delivery of timely and accurate project data collection, analysis and reports
- Use own knowledge and industry experience to assist in the management of project consultants and contractors
- Assist the project lead on any project requirements or priorities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Good communication skills including the ability to liaise with peers and senior colleagues
- Ability to manage relationships with external stakeholders
- Commercial acumen and organisational understanding
- Logical approach and ability to think through complex issues
- Manage and coordinate aspects of the project
- Collaboration and teamwork
- Proficient in using relevant project management software's and systems
