CONSTRUCTION LOGISTIC & ADMINISTRATION

The Construction Logistic and Administration reports to the Site Manager and may or not have one or more assistants. His/her activities and responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Coordinate the process for the site entry badges of KT personnel and their Vendors;
- Prepare purchase requisitions in the company ERP system for the services required at site;
- Cooperate with Home Office IT Department for the administration of devices and tools at site;
- Supervise the activities of the service suppliers for the logistics and administration of the site (e.g. cleaning and maintenance of TCF, transport, internet provider, etc.);
- To prepare routine estimates of local expenses in Site;
- To keep Field Cash and daybook;
- To co-ordinate the organization of Site logistics and personnel accommodations;
- To assist arriving and departing personnel, including those of suppliers and licensers (tickets, bookings, passport, visas and transport);
- To make minor local purchases for Site needs;
- To ensure the management and co-ordination of vehicles and personnel transport systems;
- To prepare personnel time sheet cards and send the same to Head Office.
