Reporting to the Business Division , you will develop sales on italian market . Thanks to your network and experience, you are familiar with local players in the field of Energies.
Your Main Tasks Will Be

  • Develop our offers to build the right sales strategy with high added value for our customers,
  • Manage and develop your network and your business development activities,
  • Build customer loyalty by listening to their needs,
  • Conduct negotiations with our business leads or customers, identifying all the issues involved in the project with a view to signing the contract,
  • Accompany the customer throughout project implementation,
  • Work closely with CAP INGELEC’s Delivery department to ensure customer satisfaction.
Profile
Graduated from a Business or an Engineering school with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in an Business Development position on design and construction projects, you have strong skills on business plan organisation and negotiation . Proactive, autonomous and organised , your strong interpersonal skills enable you to enjoy multicultural teamwork .
Fluent in Italian and English , a good level in French would be a plus.
