Primary Function
The Candidate will work within the Global Consolidation Department to ensure governance of Intercompany Transactions coordinating his/hers activities with the Segment Consolidators, and External Reporting Coordination.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the correct calculation of the UPI (Unrealized Profit in Inventory) Elimination Journal by:
- Coordinating the feeding of the UPI S/N Reconciliation Tool
- Investigating unexplained mismatching
- Harmonization of Parts and Components Intercompany Reporting
- Analyzing and posting DOP Intercompany Reporting
- Liaise with MMU to ensure correct mapping and reporting of intercompany transactions
- Ensure the correctness of the outstanding values in the Segment Intercompany view
- Coordinate quarterly Intercompany Matching process
- Coordinate the yearly reconciliation between accounting values and UPI Tool
Qualification and Skills required
- Knowledge of Financial Statements and Reporting
- Knowledge of Consolidation Principles
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Advanced knowledge of

- Ability to work in team, flexibility, attitude to analytical work
