Role description

Prometeon Tyre Group is looking for a Consolidated Financial Statement Intern to join our Consolidated Financial Statement team in our HQ in Milan. The selected candidate will support the team as point of reference for affiliates in the preparation and analysis of periodic Reporting Packages and in the construction of the Group's consolidated financial statements.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the intercompany reconciliation process between affiliates and ensure they are timely and accurate.
• Actively support the closing activities of subsidiaries.
• Analyze the reporting packages received from subsidiaries.
• Support the preparation of the quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements, ensuring compliance with international accounting standards.
• Assist in the drafting of financial reports.
• Actively participate in the analysis and optimization of the Group's internal processes.
• Collaborate with operational teams to improve reporting and consolidated financial statement processes.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
• Analytical mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel for data analysis and variance analysis.
• Effective communication skills with a proactive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of SAP for data extraction is a plus.
• Proactive, precise, open-minded, and able to meet deadlines.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
