Lecturer – On board position
Your life on board
As a Lecturer, you’ll present engaging cultural conferences in multiple languages, highlighting the most significant aspects of the destinations visited during the cruise. You’ll be a key contributor to the guest experience, combining knowledge, storytelling, and interaction to make every journey unforgettable.
Demonstrate your passion
• Prepare and deliver detailed presentations supported by visuals, in line with copyright laws.
• Present conferences in different languages, ensuring clarity and consistency with company standards.
• Collect guest feedback to continuously improve the quality and relevance of your lectures.
• Promote excursions positively during lectures to enhance guest engagement and support onboard revenue.
• Accompany guests on shore excursions to establish connection and enrich their understanding of the destination
• Interact with guests during social occasions, offering insights and enriching their cruise experience.
Getting things right
• Participate in excursions to establish connection, enrich the understanding of the destinations and support the Tour Department.
• Submit all presentation materials for company approval, ensuring compliance with image use policies.
• Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures for all onboard activities.
Safety first
• Monitor guest activities during excursions to ensure safety and service standards.
• Actively contribute to a safe working environment and follow all safety protocols.
• Support health and safety culture by reporting issues and ensuring guest compliance
What makes you unique
• You hold a university degree and have at least 1 year of experience as a lecturer or in a similar role.
• You have strong public speaking skills and are confident using microphone and presentation tools.
• You speak English, Italian, German and French at a C1 level or higher (Spanish knowledge is a plus).
• You’re passionate about culture, communication, and creating memorable guest experiences
