Main Purpose:

The Concierge handles Guest services management providing an excellent service at all times, exceeding our Guests’ expectations and making their stay as one of a kind.

Reports to: Head Concierge.

Main duties & responsibilities:

• Plan all Guest services within the property and the area and manages all Guests’ requests according to the company policies, procedures and standards;

• Act as the point of reference for Guests who need assistance or information and attend to their wishes and requirement;

• Anticipate customer’s needs and provide personalised solutions by suggesting activities and outlets provided by the hotel or the area;

• Suggest and arrange events, excursions, transportation etc. upon request from hotel residents;

• Answer the phone and make reservations, take and distribute messages or mail and redirect calls;

• Have knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and policies as well as a good knowledge of the local area;

• Keep the Front Desk staff well informed of Guests’ preferences, providing assistance when needed.
