Computer Numerical Control Machinist

VHR is currently seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Machinist to join one of our prestigious Formula One clients based in Northern Italy.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for machining high-precision, low-volume components used in Formula One race cars. Working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, you’ll ensure each part meets the demanding standards of quality, accuracy, and reliability required in elite motorsport.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC milling machines using Heidenhain 530i control systems
• Machine complex components with tight tolerances
• Interpret technical drawings and CAD models with accuracy
• Work with various materials, including carbon fibre and composites (preferred)
• Ensure exceptional precision in low-volume production runs

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a CNC Miller
• Proficiency with Heidenhain 530i control systems
• Background in motorsport, aerospace, or other high-precision industries
• Strong ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Must hold a valid EU passport
