Computer-Based Training (CBT) Instructional Designer

TXT E-Tech, part of the TXT Group, is looking for a Computer Based Training Storyboarder to join the Aerospace & Defence division.

The selected candidate will provide technical support in the development of lessons and training materials for Air Crew, pilots, and aircraft maintenance personnel.

Main Responsibilities

• Collecting program documentation;
• Identifying multimedia training content;
• Supporting lesson design and course structure development;
• Performing storyboarding activities;
• Coordinating with the development team for courseware reviews;
• Conducting qualification testing.

Essential Requirements

• General knowledge of avionic systems;
• Storyboarding and storytelling skills;
• Ability to consult aeronautical technical publications;
• Experience in preparing training and educational materials;
• Excellent command of spoken and written English;
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.

Nice to Have

• Experience in developing multimedia lessons.

Education

• Degree in Aerospace Engineering.
