Composites Manufacturing Technician

Job Title: Kit Cutter Location: Northern Italy Contract: 6 Months (Immediate Start) Salary/Rate: Competitive – TBC A leading composites manufacturing company in Northern Italy is seeking an experienced Kit Cutter to join its established production team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-performance composite components within a professional and quality-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Cut composite materials (carbon fibre and glass fibre) according to engineering drawings and cutting plans Prepare, label, and organise kits for production Operate cutting tables and related machinery Manage material stock levels and ensure full material traceability Maintain high standards of precision, accuracy, and quality control Support production deadlines and company quality standards Mandatory Requirements Proven experience as a Kit Cutter within a composites environment Ability to read and understand technical drawings and cutting plans Experience working with carbon fibre and prepreg materials Fluent Italian speaker Strong attention to detail and accuracy Available to start immediately Desirable Skills Experience in aerospace, automotive, or high-performance marine sectors Experience using automated or CNC cutting machines Knowledge of material traceability requirements Ability to work both independently and within a team This role offers the opportunity to work in a high-performance composite manufacturing environment with a competitive package.
