Composite Laminator

Composite Laminators – Italy (Motorsport/F1)

We are currently looking for 3 experienced Composite Laminators for an ongoing contract in Italy.

Duties:

• Lay-up of pre-preg and wet lay-up composite materials (carbon fiber)
• Preparation of moulds, tools, and materials according to technical drawings and work instructions
• Structural knowledge/experience
• Vacuum bagging of components and preparation for autoclave curing

Requirements:

• Must hold Ltd company status and valid work insurance
• Proven motorsport/F1 composite experience
• Fluent in English
• Right to work in Italy

Contract Details:

• Start date: 23/02/2026
• Ongoing work
• Weekly pay
• Rate: €26–27 per hour
• No accommodation or travel provided
