Component Specialist

TMC is looking for a Component Specialist for groundbreaking Automotive projects to carry on the following activites:

• Support the development of electromechanical components from requirements definition through to final validation.
• Collaboration with internal teams and suppliers;
  management of technicalspecifications and compliance with relevant standards.
• Execution of tests and validations on engine test benches, vehicles, and in complex environments (vibrations, EMC, environmental conditions).
• Support in resolving technical issues and contributing to qualification and approval processes.
• Field issue analysis and proposal of corrective or improvement actions.
• Management of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, costs, and quality targets.
• Availability for national and international travel.

What we expect from you

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
• Experience with electromechanical components for combustion engines.
• Knowledge of industry standards and proficiency with test equipment (oscilloscopes, test benches, EMC tools).
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with FMEA, root cause analysis, and basic analytical tools (Excel, MATLAB).
