Health Safety Administrator Role

Job Overview:

As a Health Safety Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting daily tasks related to safety and environmental compliance. You will gain hands-on experience in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

This role offers the opportunity to develop skills in organizing and updating safety documentation, including training records and reports. You will also assist in monitoring and managing safety equipment, coordinating safety trainings and tracking employee certifications, and preparing reports and presentations after audits or inspections.

Additionally, you will participate in safety walks and inspections, collaborating with local teams to promote a safety culture.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Supporting daily tasks related to safety and environmental compliance
• Organizing and updating safety documentation, including training records and reports

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Management, or a related field
• Skills and Abilities:
• A genuine interest in health, safety, and environmental topics
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in Google Suite
• Fluency in Italian and English
