Health and Safety Administrator Position

We are seeking a skilled Health and Safety Administrator to support our team in ensuring a safe working environment.

• Collaborate with the HSE team to implement daily tasks related to health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Organize and update safety documentation, including training records, checklists, and reports.
• Assist with monitoring and managing safety equipment inventory, checks, and maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate safety trainings and accurately track employee certifications.
• Prepare reports and summaries following audits or inspections.
• Participate in safety walks and inspections to identify potential risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Management, or a related field.
• A genuine interest in health, safety, and environmental topics.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Fluency in both Italian and English.
• Basic knowledge of Italian HSE regulations is advantageous.
