Job dimensions
The job holder is responsible for Completion of Onshore and Upstream facilities from Construction Completion, through to Mechanical Completion, RFSU, RFLC and Substantial Completion of all these assets to Operation in good conditions.
- During engineering phase actively supervise Completion Data Base creation together with contractors, onshore and upstream, for all facilities.
- Follow up completion process at site through all completion phases starting with Construction Completion until Substantial Completion, manage all interfaces between contractor and other contractors on site.
- Actively coordinate with all parties involved for a safe and on schedule completion, including with Contractor, Sub-Contractors, Vendors and Licensors and Company Departments.
- Deliver a well commissioned plant to Operation.
- Main characteristics of the Assets: both onshore and upstream.
- Company personnel under supervision: 3 at site.
Activities
Accountable to ensure contractor fulfils contract requirements relative to completion of facilities and smooth transfer and hand over of to Operation.
Supervise preparation and scheduling of all completion activities to ensure that CC, MC, RFSU, RLFC and SC of each Sub-system is achieved safe and on schedule.
Coordinate with Operation to complete all remaining completion scope of work after hydrocarbon introduction until Substantial Completion is achieved. Workshop or on the yard is properly defined and implemented as per vendor recommendation
Context and Environment
Completion Lead is a permanent member Project team, and key interfaces of the role are: Onshore and Upstream Contractor commissioning team; on Company side: Engineering, Construction, Commissioning Onshore and Upstream, Operation, Contracts and Procurement team, Project control team…
Accountabilities
Contractual Completion Facilities, provide feedback and comments during engineering phase for Onshore and Upstream, manage contractor in all completion activities, coordinate the interfaces onshore/offshore, make sure facilities are handed over in good condition to Operation.
Qualifications/Experience required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of higher education in Process Engineering or equivalent with international standard solid experience
Experience:
- Minimum 15 years broad experience in onshore / offshore projects
- Minimum 10 years in a supervisory role, supervising five individuals or more
- Minimum 10 years documented experience in completion, with a minimum 5 years in senior roles
