Scope of Responsibilities :
You will :
- Assist the Director of Competition Law in designing, implementing, and managing Accenture's global competition law program, including issues related to teaming arrangements, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, employment, procurement, and data management.
- Serve as a legal subject matter expert on competition laws by providing advice, designing compliance tools and policies, and conducting training.
- Collaborate with M&A colleagues to identify and mitigate antitrust issues, coordinate merger filings globally, and respond to government inquiries.

Qualifications :
- Law degree
- 5-7 years of relevant experience as a competition lawyer
- Ability to work in Italy, Portugal, or Spain, or obtain necessary credentials prior to start
Professional skills :
- Fluency in competition law, ethics programs, and compliance practices
- Motivated, proactive, and curious about ethics and compliance
- Ability to implement strategy and drive change
- Strong communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
