As Consulting Senior Manager in Mercer’s Reward & Executive Compensation Practice, you guide clients in aligning pay strategy with business objectives. You will oversee complex reward projects and advise C-suite stakeholders, shaping compensation programs for diverse markets. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, develop new tools, and ensure value delivery across client engagements. This role offers exposure to European markets and the chance to drive innovative templates and methodologies. Retribuzione / Benefits
- Manage client projects, including timelines, hours estimates, and templates using project management tools
- Conduct regular meetings with C-suite executives to understand needs and provide strategic guidance
- Act as independent project manager for complex initiatives and ensure adherence to budget
- Prioritize activities, delegate tasks, and lead internal and client status meetings
- Draft engagement letters, project proposals, and responses to RFPs; serve as primary client contact
- Conduct client interviews, facilitate focus groups, and deliver training
- Create and review client presentations/reports and data exhibits; summarize initial conclusions
- Develop new tools and templates to benchmark market competitiveness; capture intellectual capital
Responsabilità
- +10 years of experience in consulting or HR functions focused on Reward and Compensation
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations
- Proven client-facing experience with commercial responsibility and team leadership
- Track record of managing client relationships and delivering high-quality consulting services with C-suite interactions
- Strong leadership and ability to develop high-performing teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
