As a Consulting Senior Manager in Mercer’s Reward & Executive Compensation Practice, you will guide clients in shaping reward strategies and incentive systems aligned with business goals. You’ll manage multi-market projects, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and engage C‑suite stakeholders to deliver high‑impact advisory, tools, and intellectual capital. The role combines project leadership, client relationship management, and thought leadership to drive measurable outcomes. This is a chance to influence compensation strategy across European markets in a dynamic, growth‑oriented firm.

- Engage regularly with C‑suite executives to understand needs and provide strategic guidance
- Act as independent project manager for complex modules ensuring budget adherence
- Prioritize activities to meet deadlines and delegate tasks to analysts and associates
- Lead internal and client status meetings and prepare engagement letters and proposals
- Serve as primary client contact and build relationships with clients
- Conduct client interviews, facilitate focus groups, and deliver training
- Develop tools and templates (excel‑based) and ensure knowledge is shared across teams
Responsabilità
- +10 years of experience in consulting or HR with focus on Reward and Compensation
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations
- Proven client‑facing experience with commercial responsibility and team leadership
- Proven track record in managing client relationships and delivering high‑quality consulting
- Strong leadership and ability to motivate and develop a high‑performing team
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment and manage multiple projects
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
