Metagenics Italia srl, part of the global group Metagenics, a manufacturer and distributor of high-quality food supplements, is dedicated to providing effective micronutrition to help consumers live healthier and happier lives. We are looking for a payroll specialist to support our strong growth:

Key responsibilities:

• Manage monthly payroll process in close collaboration with external payroll providers & EMEA C&B team
• Administer and maintain time & absence data accurately in Centhro and related platforms
• Coordinate sickness absence processes and documentation
• Administer employee benefits in compliance with country-specific regulations
• Maintain and update employee data in several HR systems
• Act as local point of contact for compensation and benefits related queries for UK and Italy
• Fleet Management and toll device management
• Support during onboarding new employees (request IT material, requesting personal docs, sending link to digital onboarding journey, etc)
• Organize periodic medical examinations & safety courses
• Provide support in audits and ensure regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with Finance and Legal teams for process alignment
• General office support

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in payroll, benefits, or HR administration
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Strong knowledge of Italian payroll and benefits regulation; UK familiarity is a plus
• Experience with HRIS platforms
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Open to occasional travel

Preferred experience:

• Exposure to multi-country HR operations
• Background in Compensation & Benefits or HR Shared Services
