As Community Manager , you’ll be the driving force between a leading beauty & wellness company and its network of entrepreneurial brand partners—helping them sell more, grow faster, and build high-performing teams.


Through targeted coaching, smart social selling, and high-impact events, you’ll boost both engagement and revenue across your portfolio.


Role Overview

In this role, you’ll own the sales performance of a portfolio of brand partners and support them in scaling their business. Most interactions happen via phone or Zoom, with the flexibility to meet in person when it adds value.

Working within a social-selling model, you will:

  • Strengthen product and business know-how so partners can confidently close sales
  • Train and coach on sales techniques, upselling, and customer retention
  • Guide partners in team building and recruitment to grow their sales networks

You’ll work with personal dashboards and market data to:

  • Set clear, ambitious sales targets
  • Monitor performance and pipeline
  • Intervene quickly when numbers drop, and double down on what works


Your empathy, creativity, humor, and persuasive energy will help partners increase their turnover, expand their customer base, and step up as leaders.

You’ll collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to plan and host engaging, sales-generating events in Italy—live shows, conferences, product launches, campaigns, and incentive trips. Being on stage or in front of a camera motivates you, not scares you.

As the brand invests in a younger audience, you will challenge and guide partners to use social platforms more strategically—turning content into visibility, leads, and conversions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coach and develop brand partners to grow their sales, their teams, and their income
  • Analyze sales performance (KPIs, trends, activity) and run goal-setting, follow-up, and evaluation sessions
  • Report results and insights regularly, highlighting risks and opportunities for growth
  • Plan, organize, and present at events (on stage, not just in the audience) with a focus on boosting sales and engagement
  • Deliver trainings on:
  • Social media for lead generation and conversion
  • Sales techniques, closing, upselling, and customer care
  • Team leadership and recruitment
  • Coordinate campaigns and communication with Sales & Marketing to support launches, promotions, and incentives
  • Share and promote success stories across markets to inspire replication and scale best practices


Requirements

  • 1+ year of relevant experience in field sales, community management, social selling, or similar commercial roles
  • Strong grasp of social media; ideally active on TikTok/Instagram with ~1,000+ followers (your personal brand and style are visible on your channel)
  • Bachelor-level thinking and working ability
  • Thrives in a target-driven, fast-moving environment where no two days are the same
  • Full-time availability (40 hours), with some schedule flexibility to match partner activity and events
  • Fluent Italian and English (spoken and written)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to motivate, convince, and influence
  • High adaptability to different personalities and situations
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively with Sales & Marketing
  • Analytical and commercial mindset : you read numbers, understand what they mean, and translate them into concrete sales actions
