Overview
This role is the main point of responsibility for all communication and social media activities within the National Sales Company (NSC), operating in close alignment with headquarters’ strategy, standards and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regular PR activities in collaboration with central PHVACEU PR agencies and local agencies
- Plan and manage all online marketing channels (e.g. social media activities and channels, Panasonic websites, advertising activities and campaigns)
- Create and execute a promotional plan targeting mass media, in line with the allocated budget
- Develop and implement marketing automation plans, including lead generation and nurturing campaigns
- Propose and monitor marketing budgets related to communication activities, as defined by the Marketing Manager
- Prepare and deliver periodic reports on communication activities and their impact to local management and headquarters stakeholders
General Responsibilities
- Ensure cost‑effectiveness across all contracts and procurement activities within the department
- Proactively identify opportunities to reduce costs through efficiency and automation
- Ensure compliance with Panasonic policies, processes and procedures
- Comply with all corporate requirements (e.g. ISM, CSR, anti‑corruption and competition law)
- Provide general administrative support
- Undertake any additional projects within the scope of the role’s competencies
- Participate in required training activities
- Be available for business travel as required
- Always prioritize safety and act in a safe manner
- Ensure that any Health & Safety (H&S) violations are reported
Qualifications
- Relevant university degree preferred (e.g. Economics, Media or Marketing) or equivalent education and experience
- At least 3–5 years of experience in a similar role or within the same business function
- Strong proficiency in English
- Effective use of recognized planning, analytical and conceptual techniques
- Solid understanding and application of project management principles
- Ability to apply technical data knowledge to deliver robust analysis, supporting meaningful outcomes and informed management decisions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail, innovative mindset, motivation and flexibility
