For our own projects, we are looking for Commissioning Instrument Supervisor:
- Contract Duration: 3 months
- Job Location: Venezia, Italy
- Starting date: ASAP
Position Summary:
The Commissioning Instrument Supervisor oversees all activities related to the installation, testing, calibration, loop-checking, and commissioning of instrument systems on oil & gas facilities (onshore or offshore). The role ensures that all instrumentation works are executed safely, meet project specifications, and achieve operational readiness for handover to operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree or Diploma in Instrumentation/Control Engineering or related field.
- 8+ years’ experience in instrumentation commissioning in oil & gas (onshore/offshore, refinery, LNG, petrochemical).
- Strong knowledge of DCS/PLC/SIS/F&G systems (e.g., Emerson, Yokogawa, Honeywell, ABB, Siemens, Schneider).
- Familiarity with industry codes & standards: ISA, IEC, API, ATEX, SIL (IEC 61511).
- Experience working with EPC contractors and international commissioning procedures.
- Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Languages known: English and Italian
