In this role you lead the Commissioning and Quality strategy across EMEA data center construction programs, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery and readiness for service. You partner with Construction, Operations and contractors to align plans with customer requirements and budgets. You oversee vendor management and reporting, driving continuous improvement. This is a strategic, cross‑functional role shaping project outcomes and customer value.

• Lead regional commissioning and quality programs across multiple concurrent construction projects
• Develop and implement standardized commissioning plans, schedules, and delivery frameworks
• Oversee pipeline planning to inform resource allocation and execution strategy
• Partner with Construction, Operations, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery
• Provide input into project budgets, testing strategies (FAT/FPT), and Critical Environment Programmes
• Act as senior point of contact for customer engagement during commissioning; present progress against milestones; lead escalations
• Drive adherence to commissioning standards, governance, and best practices; lead continuous improvement
• Standardise commissioning scopes and schedules aligned to customer requirements
• Own commissioning reporting across projects; produce documentation and readiness reports; leverage data to improve performance
• Lead commissioning vendor strategy, including RFPs, selection, performance management; governance for external resources

Responsabilità

• Significant data centre commissioning experience in mission‑critical environments
• Proven leadership across large, complex construction programmes
• Strong technical expertise in electrical and/or mechanical systems
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred
