Purpose of the position: As Commissioning and Maintenance Mechanical Superintendent , you will be part of the Commissioning Department of Business Line Energy Carriers within the Bioraffineria project based in Livorno

How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:

• Support the HSE Manager in all activities within the assigned area of responsibility, contributing to the preparation and implementation of the Project HSE Plan, ensuring full compliance with HSE requirements, participating in Safety Walkdowns, and supporting incident investigations when required.
• Ensure commissioning and start-up requirements are properly reflected in engineering documentation, actively contributing to project planning, scheduling, and the coordination of commissioning, start-up, and test run activities.
• Monitor and coordinate commissioning progress, reviewing Vendor schedules and assignments, following up on completions and commissioning activities, and issuing progress reports within the area of responsibility.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance activities, including preventive, condition-based, and corrective maintenance, ensuring the availability of resources, materials, logistics, and effective coordination of Vendors operating on site.
• Ensure the proper implementation of mechanical isolation procedures through the Blinding and De-blinding Register, while leading personnel training initiatives, developing team competencies, and promptly identifying and reporting capability gaps requiring corrective actions.

What are we looking for?

Education: Technical Diploma / Degree in Engineering field

Experience : Relevant experience as Commissioning and Maintenance Mechanical Superintendent.

Languages: English Knowledge Level B2

Technical Skills:

• Experience on main Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Start-up, Maintenance and Troubleshooting activities on Mechanical Rotating Equipment.
• Experience on main Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Start-up and Maintenance activities on Mechanical Static Equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical project documents such as isometrics, standards for supports, P&IDs, piping arrangements, plot plants, alignment sheet, project installation procedures. Ability to identify possible issues in the documentation and to promptly take corrective actions.

IT Skills: MS Office, SAP, Primavera P6

What else should you know? You will have the opportunity to travel in Livorno, assigned to the the Bioraffineria.

• For home office contract : Pay not lower than 43.000,00 €
• Location : Livorno, Italy
