- supporta il capo partita durante le fasi di preparazione dei piatti
- crea e presenta i piatti conformemente alle schede tecniche e in funzione delle disposizioni del responsabile
- partecipa al ricevimento delle merci e allo stoccaggio
- è responsabile della qualità del proprio operato
- effettua la pulizia del proprio posto di lavoro
- evita gli sprechi di merci e partecipa agli inventari

Inside the restaurant:
- supports the chef de partie during the preparation of the dishes
- creates and presents the dishes in accordance with the technical data sheets and according to the
